Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Dreameany, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 15+ years old to use this App. By using Dreameany, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Nature of Service and AI Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dreameany utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide subconscious tracking, dream analysis, and symbol interpretations.
- AI-Generated Content: Responses are generated by algorithms and may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any output.
- No Professional Advice: The App is for informational, reflective, and personal insight purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional therapy. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for serious matters. If the App detects language suggesting self-harm, suicidal ideation, or a mental health crisis, it may display safety information and emergency resources; this feature is not a substitute for professional care.
- Limitation of Liability: The Dreameany Team shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information or interpretations provided by the AI.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You are solely responsible for the dream descriptions, journal entries, and content you input into the App. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or threatening.
- Promoting hate speech or discrimination.
- Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
4. Content Ownership & License
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the dream notes and text you submit to the App. By using the App, you grant Dreameany a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and analyses.
- AI Responses: AI-generated analyses are provided for your personal use. You may use them freely, but we make no guarantees regarding originality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- App Content: All other content in the App (design, branding, visual icons, UI elements) is owned by the Dreameany Team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
- Freemium & Premium System: The App uses a freemium model with standard limits on dream and symbol analyses. Premium features (Dream Weaver) provide unlimited access, deep analyses, and advanced insights.
- In-App Purchases: Premium packages are available via secure in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. Paywall presentation and subscription/entitlement tracking are managed through our subscription infrastructure provider (Adapty). All payments are processed by Apple.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings (iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price Changes: If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified in advance and must agree to the new price to continue.
- Refunds: All billing, refund, and payment disputes are handled exclusively by Apple. The Dreameany Team does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's support portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from the App's Settings menu.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dreameany Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
10. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and the Dreameany Team only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Dreameany Team, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Product Claims: Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
