How does the AI work?

Dreameany uses Google Gemini AI technology via secure serverless functions to provide real-time dream interpretations and subconscious symbol analyses. Your entries are processed securely.

Are my dream records private?

Yes. We prioritize your privacy with local-first storage (Hive) and strict data minimization. Your dreams and journal entries are kept secure and are not used to train AI models.

How can I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel via your iOS device settings (iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Dreameany). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.

Why does the App ask for tracking permission?

On first launch, iOS may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. This lets you control whether Dreameany's analytics and subscription tools can use identifiers for tracking purposes. You can change your choice anytime in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

In the App: Tap the gear/settings icon in the top-right corner of the Home or Insights screen to open User Settings, then go to Danger Zone > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, profile, and dream records.
Via Email: If you cannot access the app, send a request to phronesissoftware@gmail.com with your User ID. We will process your request within 30 days.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription via your iOS device settings before deleting your account.
